The Home page
The Home page gives you a variety of options to click into from which you can shop online and learn more about ChellgroveOfficeFurniture.co.uk. You can return to the Home page from anywhere within the website by clicking on the Office Furniture item on the menu of each webpage.
Getting Started/Take me shopping ...
There are two ways to enter our online shopping facility: - Select the type of item you are interested in from the menu on the left hand side of each page OR
- Click on the button entitled ‘Browse’ which can be found at the top right hand corner of each page, and select the type of item you are interested in from the list.
The Office Furniture, Computer Desks and Office Storage
Once you have entered a product section click on any individual item to see its full details.
The Search Facility
If you know the type of item you are looking for you can use the ‘Search’ facility. To do this type in the Search text box just one or more keywords that best describe the item you are looking for and click the ‘Search’ button.
How to Purchase
Once you have chosen an item enter the quantity you require in the box titled ‘Order Information’ and click ‘Add to Cart’. The item will then be added to your online shopping cart. To purchase more than one item simply select each item, enter the quantity required for each one and click ‘Add to Cart’. All your chosen items will be added to your online shopping cart. Please note: By adding an item to your shopping cart you are under no obligation to purchase at this stage – you can remove it at any time before your confirmation of sale.
Shopping Cart
The shopping cart is a ‘holding house’ for the items you have selected. The items will remain here until you click ‘Checkout’ (you are still under no obligation to purchase at this stage). To view the contents of your online shopping cart at any time click on the ‘Order Tracking’ button on the top right hand corner of each page. Once you have finished shopping and would like to purchase your item(s) click on the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the instructions from there on which will include details of where you would like your chosen product(s) delivered and your desired payment option.
